MISSION

Shall initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in infrastructure development and public works of the Talisay City Government

MANDATE

Enhance Engineering Services
Enhance Project Management
Enhance Feasibility Studies


GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To provide technical supervision and control of overall activities relative to maintenance, construction, rehabilitation, betterment, improvement of roads and bridges of the City and other engineering activities

 

To construct, improve, maintain and repair city buildings and structures

 

To provide the City Mayor, Members of Sangguniang Panlungsod and other officials technical services and/or program of works and estimates necessary in all policy formulation or program implementation of principal improvement project.
